In the event you can't rip your own copy, but you own the game, absolutely free game to just download a ROM. I also have it emulated on my Steam Deck, and I enjoy mods on my PC. The difference however, is when you do it just to do it, or when you do it because you already own the game. They're an important part of games preservation and I'd be a hypocrite if I kept spouting "this isn't okay, this is priacy" when I do the same thing.
